I think this is one of those cases where accounts should be severely punished instead of guilds. The guild leaders/officers have 0 control over this... well of course unless the accounts of leaders/officers are caught then i say ban their accounts cause they don't deserve to be leadership of anything.

That wouldn't discourage the wider community from thinking they won't get caught. This was the way to go.
