I had a GM tell me that i'll be reimbursed, however, it will be in queue and approximately 1-2 months, which is harsh because i cannot complete my monk epic without that robe, nor can i do the robe quest again because its broken.

Since an actual bug has been discovered we have made the decision to reimburse for this bug even for MQs. Galach and Medris have already gone through "resolved" petitions and verified them for a GM to reimburse the items.

Keep in mind we can easily identity if your quest failed due to the bug or other factors. We are ONLY reimbursing MQs for this particular bug.

Timeline for reimbursements? Cause if I have to wait 1-2 months, would just be easier to get the items myself yet again.
