Is this guy bugged now too ?

I haven't seen this guy up since Founy Jestands got bugged during the last patch.

Anyone know if that's just a coincidence? or is he bugged?

I have all 3 items to hand in for my Ragebringer, and I got no one to hand them into.

Anson has a placeholder. It's possible he was killed.

Ya, just every rogue I've talked to, no one has seen him. Just seems odd.

And I've been killing the 2 smugglers that wander around the area, and I haven't gotten him to spawn yet, in several kills.

theres no PH standing in Anson's spot, just the 2 wanderers, and as I've said. they've netted zero results so far

Have you looked over by the Highkeep zone in? We killed Stanos there a few days ago and a bunch of NPC's seemed to not want to stop camping his corpse.

The placeholder is the one that stands in his spot, not a wondering smuggler.

that's why I was sooo confused as to why he wasn't there or spawning

but yes. turns out he's over by the far edge of the zone, and hasn't reset

a GM should probably reset him.

I wasted 8 hours trying to spawn him.. and I'm sure I won't be the only person confused as EFF as to whats happening
