Just an update on this. I went to BB docks (#1 on the map) and tested my hand at the level 45 guards. They have a lot more HP than the barbarian guards (which are sadly now green), and the fights take almost twice as long. They seem to have high MR because my snares were resisted about 15-20% of the time and my fears resisted maybe 50%. I had three Invoke Fear resists in a row [You must be logged in to view images. Very easy Fear kite though. Easy single pulls from the front, pull them to the South side of the wall and you have a little kill box to chase them around in with no risk of adds. A 24 minute respawn on them which is pretty awful. I killed 3 of them and the XP is barely noticeable. Maybe 1-1.5%? I will go try the brownie guards in L Fay and see how they stack up. Still looking for my new home. | ||

Old world NPCs get shitty to do after 53-54, my necro had a good time on the Felwithe guards and on the highkeep nobles.
If you play quiet times it's almost better to go into KC and fear kite drolvargs from the zone line (zone out side), and when fear breaks pull them back to the zone line and go again. Would highly recommend grouping, definitely don't fear kite 59-60 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
