Why do you care so much about these news channels, dude? Were you expecting them to have a solemn ceremony?
Just imagine when Jimmy Carter kicks the bucket, or Bill Clinton for that matter

Fox news is the reason half of the posters in this thread live in a manufactured reality of grievance and hysteria.
The fallacy is that they never question or think to consider that the constant flow of manufactured culture war issues like Mr. Potato Head or the War on Christmas may just be a distraction meant to get them to vote against their own self interest. All the while the right continues to de-regulate protections for predatory lending and the environment, polluting our water and air, allowing for profit universities, wallstreet and banks to fleece the American people, pass laws which legalize bribery, and weaken our civil liberties and right to vote. But none of that matters to these folks, because what they hear on Fox/OAN/Newsmax never talks about these things. Its all directed anger meant to distract these low information viewers from whats really happening... Keeping people angry at the other political party sells more than anything else, and right wing media has mastered that art of distraction.

You're wrong about that bro.
But the daddy issues the left has with fox news is the reason half of the posters in this thread live in a manufactured reality of grievance and hysteria.

Whats funny is that the arguments some one this forum always put forth are verbatim what you will see on Fox news. I know this because I watch Fox news sometimes to see a glimpse into what garbage is being shoveled into these people's minds.
Quite sad to see people just repeat what they hear on Tucker without taking a second to think about whether what they are being told is actually true. At the end of the day people who lack critical thinking are not going to question what they see and hear against a variety of different sources. They dont understand complexity and seek to understand the details, the world is black and white to these simpletons. "Here is one example of something so therefore its true across the board" type of thinking. When you seek facts to bolster a pre-existing opinion (and not the other way around) you become a victim to propaganda and manipulation.
