The area im in just got outer bands but man were they BLOWING. Pretty bad gusts. Snapped a few T H I C C trees in half. Up rooted one of my palm trees and those things are pretty much evolved to endure tropical storms. Some power poles got bent and power lines snapped and no power atm. My cable line got cut. No internet for when I do get power back. Rip p99 for 2 weeks but I kinda like having a break I've got some books to read.

Forced abstinence is a good thing sometimes! Glad you safe, and just Internet-less, and hopefully you get power back up sooner than later that's rough not having air temperature control or a way to refrigerate foods. I wonder how people manage without having an external power source though. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'd also like to add my sympathies for anyone affected by this disaster in server chat...and I'd like to remind those people about phone tethering as long as they have electricity they can enjoy P99 if there's a 3G/4G signal.

God bless and stay safe. My sympathies at this time xx

I had bought ice and filled up bags of ice from my fridge before hand and am using a cooler and my freezer as a cooler for my foods atm. It's working out pretty well. As far as no air conditioning, yeah it's rough but I'm already used to Florida heat.

Nice man, glad you surviving it and managing well. Really hope it goes according to plan and you get electric soon. How badly was your home flooded?

I hope all you Florida people are safe, and that your personal stuff is ok when all the smoke clears.

No flooding, my area has a good irrigation system with a lot of interconnected canals. The street barely went under water and homes here are built on raised ground.
