Proper order of how quiver bow delay reduction is applied?
Hello everyone
For now this probably more a blue question but i wanted to ask here. So I just learned the quiver bow hast is technically bow delay reduction. My question : Say i have FBSS 21% haste using a runed oak bow 21 dam 43 delay and a standard quiver 20% wt reduction. Is the 2 pt of bow delay reduction applied before haste etc for purpose of shoot or after. Does quiver make any real difference if you have haste item already ?

All haste is delay reduction, there are limits to cumulative haste from multiple sources (and level-based cap on total aggregate haste).
for melee & combat skills you may have: 1 haste buff (if multiple best is used) 1 haste item that is not a quiver (if multiple best is used) for archery: 1 haste buff (if multiple best is used) 1 haste item that is not a quiver (if multiple best is used) 1 quiver (if multiple best is used) the wiki has a decent explanation in greater detail | ||
