I'd prefer a classic experience where a casual guild can farm PoGrowth for armor and from the trash drops be able to fund sky stones or hate stones next week, or have the ability to outfit their members in Resist/HP jewelry.

Because classic.

Please refrain from trolling my bug posts in the future, thanks.
he does the same in every bug thread he either says "i vote no" or he says inappropriate shit.

i'm waiting for our lady angel nilberg, hallowed be his name, to ban this fuck and his ingame characters (krazy, sickpuppy etc).

In support of OP: I used to farm POH during velious for diamonds and cash gear. Was a huge farm spot, especially when 2nd floor was opened during revamp and mini bosses added.

It does seem that this server caters to the ubber guilds and not the little guy.

I wonder if the gms fear too much pp in the economy? or maybe they just dont give a toss about ave joe player?

There is already too much plat in the economy, thanks to 5 years of Seafuries, and not enough cash sinks.

Nilbog needs to add a robot Casino or something.

You're all assuming this is intentional, and the devs are purposefully inhibiting drops on this.

I tend to think it's just a bug that hasn't had enough attention paid to it that will be resolved once nilbog or alunova read the thread and do a bit of their own research and realize "yes, PoGrowth and PoHate were hotspots for vendor trash"

PoHate/Sky stones, Corpse coffins, Vendor Recharging, Tradeskills, and quests like Lodi Shield/JBoots/Wiz/SK Epic that involve decent chunks of cash as turning all function as plat sinks.

Vendor Recharging is probably the biggest current thing taking platinum out of the system. I have no doubt the server burns 50-100k weekly on recharging things like mallets, reapers, WC hats, slow stones, invis rings, root nets, wands/rain callers, etc.

The issue is that PoGrowth isn't dropping gems with anywhere near the frequency it should be. That was one of the biggest draws to raiding that zone.
As someone who raided PoG a TON on live, I can guarantee you that the "biggest draw" to raiding that zone wasn't the gem drops. FFS.

Must be nice to recharge on your server... we're stuck with backwards ass rules on Red about recharding. Make items unusable in PvP AND prevent recharging.

he's absolutely right about PoG/Hate being like this
Correct and I concur as well. My guild on live farmed both Hate and Growth.
