Monk turn in

Need to do turn in with another monk. I didn't do the book order correctly and am unable to spawn the sane version of Kaiaren. The websites I used said either Kaiaren would give epic, I later found out that isn't true on P99 =/

wiki states numerous times who to turn into to.

that being said, epics being MQable needs to be removed anyway. consider it brad influencing the classic vision gods to screw you.
