You can root rot in Velks or Geonid caves, fear kite in Skyshrine or WW, hold a few camps in Sebilis and Chardok….

The world’s your oyster. Nothing beats the xp of charm killing in HS or KC basement for a 59 necro, but damn near everything beats those terrible FM giants. I’d bet even charm killing LGuk is faster xp than those two giants.

OP bitches about 2 measly outdoor giant spawns and has yet to explore all the options given to him here.

Literally just fear kite Geonids if you want an easy outdoor money / xp camp.

As others mentioned, plenty of options outside of HS (you're probably not a good enough player for that anyway).
