Game Mechanics: Rusty two handed hammer revisited?

Hey, this shows resolved, but perhaps only on green? Im on blue and its definitely not working in the city of Erudin. I tried the forge by the steps around the corner from the lady that sells the sharpening stones, as well as the one in the back of the temple of Prexus. Is there another forge in the city I can try?
