Plane of Hate Revamp

For someone who doesn't really play much anymore and doesn't really know much about the Plane of Hate revamp, what exactly are the changes aside from new named mobs?

The wiki has no information on this.

Who are the new named mobs, and who drops what now?

I've heard all this second hand so I'm not 100% but...

Inny loot table revamped w/ lots of one-race-only gear.

Magi has chance to drop mage earth/fire staff for epic

Nameds have increased chance to drop BP of their class armor

Some nameds have chance to drop racial gear loot table from Inny

The door behind Inny on the 2nd floor is open and that whole area is full of new mobs that drop Plane of Growth equivalent armor for Rangers and Druids, plus some other junk.

All of Inny's old loot is distributed amongst new class mini-bosses that have 10 spawn points across the zone (that can be PHs) with 60-84hr respawn timers. Male Revenant mini-boss is supposed to drop the Earth Staff, Female Rev mini-boss drops Clarity clicky, etc

All 10 mini-bosses can drop Ranger/Necro epic piece.

The stuff Pyrocat said, but it's a literal death trap as currently constructed. The additional mobs that were added on the second floor currently ignore all pathing nodes. They will aggro a 60 just walking around on the first floor, and fly through the ceiling and merc you. It also easily doubled the number of mobs in the zone. A lot more tedious of a clear.

Also, Velious-era raid mobs were added on the 2nd floor.

Ranger, Druid, and Paladin armor sets on par with Plane of Growth armor sets were added.

Edit: I'm not sure that the male revenant is going to be dropping the earth staff. I believe, from several other threads, that the consensus is he didn't start dropping the earth staff until Luclin with the full Hate 2.0 revamp. The earth staff should be dropping off of Magi P`Tasa right now and will pending an update.

Changes on the first floor:

New minis, about 10 spawns. All drop 2-5 items.

2 Armors based on archetype
0-1 Inny class specific loots (weapons and stuff)
0-1 chance to drop Eye of Inny and/or SEoC.

Examples:

Master of Spite (spite golem named) - Drops 2 Shaman Armors (either Runed Etched or Nee Iksar Shaman stuff) + 0-1 Gardash or Tunarian Scimitar + 0-1 Eye of Inny and SEoC.

Lord of Ire (ghoul) - Shield of Immaculate
Magi P'Tsa (Revenant) - Mage Epic Staff
Ashenbone Broodmother (undead drake) - Necro Book
Grandmaster Rval (kiruakei) - Sode/Rakusha Cloak
Every Mini - Eye of Inny / SEoC

That's it as far as useful loot from Inny goes.

2nd floor:

Mobs of Inny are in the 53-56ish level range and high resistance (rapture to Mez and lure to nuke mostly). They aggro through the ceiling if you get halfway up the zone walls or if you get gravity fluxed up without a levitate on. The 2nd floor is accessed via the old Innoruuk room, a door opened up at the back of it (center of zone on 2nd floor basically). Which leads into the rest of the second floor which is just as expansive as the first.

Basically clearing the zone takes 2-3x longer now.

Every 5~ minutes or zone almost every mob on the 2nd floor shouts their praise to Inny. This is just some log spawn that may lag you temporarily, and cause you to shit yourself thinking they are aggro messages. Killing the Evangelist on the 2nd floor should stop them doing this (have yet to test).

There are some random named on 2nd floor, none drop anything special other than Inny and Corruptor of Life (paladin sword quest).

Knights - Paladin Armor (equivalent to PoGrowth armor)
Disciples - Druid Armor (equivalent to PoGrowth armor)
???? - Ranger Armor (equivalent to PoGrowth armor)

Beyond those drops, there are about 15 random items that can drop from trash. Most suck, but there's a few good ones. Druid belt with 20 MR, Pure Caster Range item with 75 HP/Mana, All/All crown with instant click ultravision, Bard shoulders with 50 HP and 6 to stats, 100 HP Paladin shield, 26/29 Knight 1HS, and a few other misc ones. But those are the highlights.

Maestro now spawns 2 reanimated hand models on death, 1 after the other. Both have a chance to drop warrior epic piece. Fight is more or less the same but his level go bumped up so corpse is 30min now.

Inny is in flux right now, we don't have the correct version. The correct version won't DT, max hit 401, will GFlux and will Phinigel style dispell the MT. This is to come soon. He currently drops 3 items from his Racial Items every time + 0-1 Eyes of Inny. The racial items are hit or miss. The Halfling, Half Elf items are 20 MR in a single slot. The DE neck is decent, same with gnome/high elf rings. On EQMac he would drop Shield of Immaculate as well, unsure if he is doing that here.

Songshawl - drops off sages I think, ignore what it says it drops off on Allakhazam (That's Hate 2.0).
