I've never found the need to interact with a GM or Guide in really all my time playing.

I do remember, back in the day, a Guide came to my Ogre Warrior who was named Bigdonut. She was some kind of elf and had two little dazzly wands that had sparkles coming from them.

She kindly told me there aren't any donuts in Norrath and promptly changed my name.

I felt like i had gotten scolded by a teacher.

I meekly said "thank you" and "I'm sorry" and went on my way.

Moral of the story is....I never got a ban from it.

I don't remember what the name was of the first EQ progression server (or if it was just a regular new server, was like '06-'07) but I got my bard named Madnotes Clitcommander to 56 before I had to change it. I was always so surprised that it made it passed the name violation checker to begin with.

I'd like to know what happened to that high level barb shaman and ogre in Unrest a few days ago that had 2 GM's in zone talking to them.. Khorvo? Khorva? Korva? I need the deets on what went down!!!!
