Quest Issue: Rescue Tomer Instogle in NQeynos

After prompting him for his backpack, when you say 'I will lead you back to Master Seta', if you haven't placed his backpack into your inventory (leave it on your cursor) he will respond with a poor faction message. You can prompt again after you place the bag in your inventory and it will work.

Have not tested with a human, but it was a consistent bug as an Iksar Monk at Amiable, Kindly, and Warmly.

The (faux) backpack must be in the top level of your inventory for the quest to proceed. Peculiar.

on Green server, I couldn't get this quest to work, even trying to "Backpack in the first slot" trick.

As of 12/17/2019 I cannot get this quest to work. (also can't get the white headband monk quest to work)
