Velious Helm bug — Character select screen

I recently just got my Helm of the tracker on blue and in game it is showing up as the custom velious helmet but when I log out to character select it’s showing up as a silver plate helm of the old style. Is this something on my End I need to update or fix or do all the velious helms do this? Once again this is only happening at the character select screen.

Yea, this happens with velious custom helm graphics at character select. Nothing wrong on your end, but would be nice if it was fixed.

Same here with Helm of the Tracker on a female woodie, but as long as I get a kick ass in-game helmet, it's no big deal

I'm pretty sure my custom helms (male troll sk with sky shrine, male halfling warrior with tov) show up with nothing at all at char select.
