Anyone else have exploding head syndrome? It's great.

It's not as fun as it sounds though

There might even be downsides to having exploding head syndrome

The syndrome is know as “sleep paralysis” but the symptoms can be much more varied. Aside from the namesake, feeling awake but unable to move, you can also have audio and visual hallucinations. Not terribly uncommon especially if you’ve been subjecting you eyes and brain to additional screen time. If they keep persisting their are some steps you can take but should resolve on their own. Animals likely were spooked by you and your unusually reaction. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis

That or its ghosts/demons, wtf do I know? Haha you’ll be fine either way. Welcome back!
