Just because they are on the rotation doesn't mean they actually go religiously

They all still go. Everyone wants that 41% haste belt.

Well, you have the list. My suggestion would be to contact a member of each guild in the rotation and ask them how frequently they go to Sky. I know as a member of a guild in the Hydra Alliance that they go every week in their spot on the rotation, barring any out of the ordinary circumstances.

Gotta ask bro, wtf is the Hyrda Alliance. I keep up on current topics but this one slipped through the cracks.

I assume that the Hydra Alliance is BHP, Kittens, and Homeland.

Right, but now you have the means to be pro-active and gather the information yourself, rather than waiting for all the guilds to report in here, which may or may not happen. Besides, on that wiki page I linked, in most cases it lists the raid frequency beside each guild's name, and when this information was last updated. Most of them list "weekly", but you could always confirm this in-game with a few tells, to finalize the list of guilds that would potentially suit your needs.
