Default Charmed Pet loot

Why are charmed pets not giving back items once you kill them?

AKA I give my charmed pet 2 fine steel weapons, uncharm, kill, and when I loot he doesn't have them?

This needs to be fixed.

While head coach Rex Ryan is keeping relatively silent about Revis at this time, Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum and team owner Woody Johnson are more vocal about the cornerback’s status on the team. Johnson went as far today as to say he doesn’t expect things to be worked out with Revis in time for the Jets’ regular season opener on Sept. 13, and Tannenbaum went further in depth with his explanation of current talks and a hang-up in the case. The GM told NFL.com, “Fundamentally, there really wasn’t any change, and right now, we can’t find something that makes sense for both sides, so we really don’t have any progress.”
You're RIGHT. Charmed pets not dropping items is VERY annoying!

Question : does charming an npc and giving it weapons, remove whatever items were originally on that npc's loot table? I've found it to be the case whenever i've charmed a mob.

Careful with this one. I can see people trying to give pets no drop weapons so they can kill the mob and loot it on their alts...Or can that happen?

You can't give a no-drop weapon to a pet actually.
