I think all mobs proc a ridiculous amount. Arch Duke in Seb Crypt is almost unbearable when he's wielding a Yak club, at least versus a solo caster. He probably procs like 15 times a minute.

Yak club interrupts are definitely annoying when soloing duke but I always chalked it up to him being slowed

yep rabies and ghoul root did trigger a lot. thanks
