Not accepting EQEmulator email address

I have verified my forum account and have tried to complete step two of the process on the getting started guide. I type in my account name, but the email that I have set up with EQEmulator is not being accepted. I even logged into my email, and, yes, I have emails from P1999 in my inbox, so I know it's the correct one. I've tried it three times, and am now afraid to try any more due to my account getting locked. Please help.

so I went to try this again today, still no good.

I go through step 2 and get "There is already a Pending Link Request from your IP Address."

So i go check the email "A request has been made on the Project 1999 Forum Account 'arsenalpow' to Link your EQEmulator account together.

If you requested this, complete the request by clicking here:"

So clicking the link yields "EQEmulator Hash Verified. Please click the link from the Project 1999 email."

There's only 1 email...

Consider it a blessing, and indication perhaps that you dont need EQ.

I still can log in, just cannot link them together. I actually haven't played in 3 months lol.

I'm still having the same issue, it has not let me link the accounts. I tried to enter the email again but it says "There is already an active link request for this Project 1999 Forum Account." So I click the link again from my email and it says "EQEmulator Hash Verified. Please click the link from the Project 1999 email."

Any suggestions?

Any progress with this? I know a lot of folks can't change their passwords dude to this issue.
