it is some kind of lighting effect, some light source goes red too..
for example poh looks like this:

i try it on a m1 imac with parallels 17 and win11(now) and a m1 macbook pro with parallels 16/win10 arm(few months ago, iirc) both got this issue
its normal on intel cpu mac, i try it on a 2011 macbook air with wine and 2015 macbook pro with parallels 17/win 10 which are normal


the light of hut is normal, the goblin is holding a torch, light on its body is noraml but red on ground

is it called "Aerial perspective"? thing should become pale(white) in a distance, but the city wall and mountain become red, and the far small tree at right side is normal
