So ratio or dmg for trueshot disc? Some say faster is better like monk main hand epic fist vs other weapon ratio and some say more dmg and some say best ratio for trueshot, which one is best? 30/37 - 20/30 - 13/22 ?

Since Trueshot is a timed discipline you are probably better off burning through arrows faster getting the more damage during the disc. Than going from the occasional big shot.

I wouldn't use windstriker for it though it might be fun to see the crits with that slow beast.

True shot should be a straight up multiplier, though for a period on live it actually completely a swapped out the bows DMG stat, during which time faster was better. That last bit maybe pertinent to gearing rangers on a new project server.
