Instead of perma death, I suggest automatic death count that is part of players name. So, Gustoo would start with name Gustoo.000, after 5th death, name would be Gusto.005. It would be interesting to see higher level players with low death counts. Or players with huge count :-)

Even though I don't always like Wow stuff, sometimes I do. It could be cool to add a Wow like thing, to your idea. Where you earn points to buy armor depending on how many times you have not died.

Character deletion name permanently unusable permadeath server where you have to submit documented verified video of you destroying your computer within 30 minutes of your character death to be allowed another account or else no one will play.
