While that whole rant was ridiculous, you should still tip on top of the c2! I pay 50-100p on top of c2 usually for a port, the c2 mana will be back before you run anywhere from the ring anyway so it definitely isn't a tip.

While true, if the port is accepted as offered, it is accepted as offered.... and as someone who does ports, if you ask for a port and offer less than reg rates, and I accept it, I'm not gonna get mad if you don't give me more than you offered... /shrug
