Quest Issue: Jhassad Oceanson Inventory

For the cleric epic, when a Ragefire Heart is handed in to Omat Vastsea, Jhassad Oceanson is spawned on the coast. Jhassad NPC despawns after a set time. Currently, he is spawning with items still in his inventory from when he despawned. A mob that is just spawning should have a clear inventory. There isn't an opportunity to kill him to guarantee a cleared inventory since you have to hand in a ragefire heart to spawn him.

tl;dr Mobs who despawn should have their inventories cleared as if they were killed.

I've lost a Rogue Epic and Monk Epic to this bug.

Freshly spawned quest NPCs should not remember any items turned into them. Currently on P99, I'm guessing the way the client handles MQs here, they permanently commit certain items to memory until they are exhausted by completing a quest. Even through deaths and despawnings.

Really need to have death or despawning completely wipe out their quest bank memory.

what piece of the cleric epic got screwed up so others can be alert

if a cleric epic has been completed since this error occured however there should be no issue

but the bug is what Dald said - needs to be fixed

That's not true. We don't know how many of the orbs the quest NPC has in memory. He could have had 2xOrb of Clear Water, 2x Orb of Frozen Water and handing in a single Orb of Vapor would only clear out one of each of the previous orbs from list.

I handed in Orb of Vapor + Orb of Frozen Water and received an Orb of Triumvirate on monk. So there was at least 1x Orb of Clear Water in Jhassads inventory already. As Freakish said, there's no way to know just how many there are.
