Default Issue with hot key bar

Looking for some help. My hot button bar has disappeared entirely. Alt H is not working and I have also tried assigning a different key with no success. This is only happening on one character on green. Logged into blue server with my other char and have no issue pulling it up. Any recommendations or any way to do a full UI reset on a character including location of buttons?

Its possible you accidentally slid the hotbar window off screen.

If that happened, you can get it back by adjusting the resolution in the options (Alt-O) which should force all windows back on screen then set it back to what you normally use

This. Also you can just reload your UI skin (with the checkbox unchecked) to get the same effect (that way you don't have to switch to the wrong resolution, then back to the right one; you can do it all in one step).

So changing resolution worked however I moved hotbar with other resolution and when I went back to normal resolution, it disappeared again. How do you reload UI skin?

In the options window (first tab) click Load UI Skin, uncheck the "keep my layout" box, and just pick whichever UI you are currently using (or take this chance to check out another one).

If you're looking for a new one to try, I've been using Deezy's latest UI, and it's really nice (lots of little usability improvements): https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=350475

what you want to do is open UI_yourcharname_P99GREEN.ini and defaults.ini and fix the location of the hotbar specified there. if you set it to something that's at least on the screen, you can do the fine adjustment in game.
