The rent is too damn high. And all I said was that the rent of houses on the coast are 20k and up to 400 and they are, you've done nothing but prove my ponit I said that affects the costs of living around it, and that you nor anyone is going to be able to aford to live there unless they pay absurd rents. The only thing I lied about was using hyperbole when I said "literally anything" when you asked what type of house costs 40k a month, I then linked hundreds of those houses in dump hole malibu (yes that is a dump) newport is nicer than malibu. People that live in costal cities, live next door to people who rent their homes for 60k a month. This affects every price, and the result is a $1-3 thousand dollar rental (that you linked) costs 6-10k.
You only proved my entire point. You dont even know what the point of my statement was and are just arguing because you're a contrarian bush supporter who watches too much fox news. | ||
