Spell Updates Location?

I cannot find a link to download the spell updates. The getting started guide links to the page that says to look in the latest patch notes, but all I can find in them is the notes, no link to download anything.

Can anyone point me to where in the forums the links to keep spells updated is?

Didn't see that I needed the whole p(( update, was looking for just the spells update. I got it sorted, thanks in advance!
