Default Level to use Velium Vapors?

What level do you need to be to use these please? The wiki seems quite unsure on the topic.

Also, how much time/plat did it take for you personally to get your pottery skill to 122? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Not sure on level, but like 100 plat and an hour or two. Super easy to skill up.

While I've never done it at level 1... any character I have done it on has worked.

It is my assumption that it works as low as you can get it.

And it is my opinion that any non-porting character should make this a high priority pretty early on at least by the 40s.

As a halfling rogue it took me damn near 10 hrs to get my pottery skill that high. Was painful for someone who hates tradeskills.

It's about 70 plat and 2-3 hours (depending on INT/WIS).

The best location I know of is the bank at Thurgadin. There are vendors selling all the supplies and, conveniently, a pottery wheel inside the bank.

Empty all your inventory into the bank and load up on 10 slot bags and then just run back and forth between the vendors and the wheel.
