Deleted Cenbo on Green after the merge to reuse the name. Could not reuse. Maybe wait a little bit until that gets sorted :P I should have waited

I think what happened was since it was made on teal but deleted on green it is trapped since the teal name database is still there and it still cross checks and green probably is just copies of the teal characters

there was a few days where you could make teal chars with duplicate names from green/blue.

tbh im wondering if there are duplicate names floating around, because i have 1 char that i made on teal during that lawless period that im certain was taken. he got transferred to green no problem without any name edits. tho im p sure in my case the original owner is on blue and not green. anyway, if i delete him i wont have the name anymore 100%

Same issue here cen. Deleted my toon and remade it and name is trapped.

ya i think you may be right actually

i just tried it with my beta char 'buburu' which i made on teal later on in its life. aint no one stole that. but i just deleted it to test this, and it's trapped, too

the teal player and names database probably still exists so they can reference it for cs purposes

Teal database still exists at this time. The database prevents names being used on both teal & green. Hopefully this will be fixed in coming days.
