Default Erudite Helm tint color is linked/dependent on glove tint

A few patches ago, I noticed that my Erud SK's Helm Tint Color Graphic started working strangely...

When I equipped Blood Ember Helm, I expected my helm graphic to turn the dark red color, but it did not.

With no gloves on, changing helms does not change the helm tint color

Changing your gloves will change your helm tint color, though...

It's like they are linked... Whatever your Glove tint color is will then become your helm color.

Big problem for sexy erudite SK which exists because... fashionista...

I also believe the tint of the Umbral Platemail Gloves is not dark because, when equipped, the helm tint is very very light - it looks like burlap.

Erudite male hood color was always linked to glove color.

Aww. Ok, thank you. Bummer.

So, is this a Classic bug? Do you think it is a Client-side issue? Fixable, pehaps?

Just like female halfling feet being tinted the color of the shoes while still displaying toe nails.

Live it, love it, classic.

It is a client side issue.

As far as I know, it still functions this way on eqlive to date if using original character models.

Expect no changes, consider it a feature, and dress accordingly :x
