Spell Gem Window UI Questions

I'm trying to get my spell gem window to go from the pic on the right, to the pic on the left.

Basically I want to keep everything the same in the UI I use, I just want to change the spellbar gems. What file do I need to copy from right UI to the left UI?

Lol. Mine looks like the left, and I'm trying to get it to look like the right. I'm also trying to get the newer spell gems since my shaman bar looks like I have two spells, repeated 4 times.
