I'm 90% sure Breeze, Harvest and Shm Charm Animals are June 2000 aka Hole Era
I updated the wiki to reflect this for each of them. Should anyone find conflicting Evidence please adjust the wiki or pm me so I can fix the era tags.

According to the wiki it was released during the "Hole Era" (added June 2000).

All I remember about Breeze appearing on live is that there were still quite a few players who did not have the Kunark expansion when Breeze became available, so for a short time there were some players who made a little pp on the side selling breeze to lowbie enchanters in the old world.
