15 and 16 Looking for Group (Shaman/Monk)

We can't find anywhere to level that is consistent. Any advice where can go or is anyone looking for a group?

I thought of these places depending on your races and what is near you:

Kurns Tower til 20 - collect bone chips and sell later
Overthere mud pond near WW zone - no money but low risk
Oasis crocs - I hate oasis, but this is consistent experience. No money.
Unrest yard - watch for trains

Thanks for the area's but most are heavily camped.

If you want a group just type /who all 14/15/16/17 and start talking to people. Your a monk and a shaman you really don't need anything else and can take whatever class you want.
