On this forum? I’m prob in the top 5. I grappled for years. Better at grappling than I am striking. Grappling favors strong men. Skinny dude can dance around using his speed to outbox a bigger guy all day. Once the bigger guy gets ahold of him he’s finished however. This is why I always leaned towards grappling and dirty boxing. I’m stronger than 99% of the human population.

wish i was still watching wrestling when this match happened. I stopped watching wrestling because it was fake, then following up decades later, realize how real their injuries in the ring were.

Watched the interview from both wrestlers years later regarding this match, just wild.

Also had no idea how crazy Bret Hart was, these wrestlers WERE their characters, the ego had attached to their persona and couldn't let go.

Man what I'd give for a netflix mini series that kinda relived the behind the scenes of these wrestlers getting into beefs off and on stage based on the facts and interviews.

There was "Darkside of the ring" last year but that was mostly about the most nefarious deeds done in the business. You can find most of the episodes on youtube.

Also there's Jim Cornettes' YT channel and he has a metric ton of inside stories to tell. He can be spicy at times but the stories he has to offer are always entertaining.
