Launch Titanium.bat Error

Hello,

I have not played EQ in many years and recently stumbled upon P99 and decided to give it a shot. I bought EQ Titanium and installed it to my C drive as instructed. I then tried to extract the files and feel this is where I made a mistake.

I downloaded the files from the P99 Guidebook hyperlink http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files41.zip. I copy and pasted all of the files from the zip folder and pasted them into the EQ file on my C drive. I merged all the folders and overwrote all the files as instructed. I also deleted the files listed in the thread as instructed.

Did I do this correctly? When I clicked the Launch Titanium.bat it gave me the option to hit "Run" which I did.

It then came up with the error eqgame.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application.

Has anyone else run into this issue before and know how I might resolve it?

The only thing I can think of is that I did not take down the anti-virus software upon installing EQ or made a mistake with the P99 game change files.
