Starving myself all day until 4pm so I can gorge myself at family Christmas party this eve. As long as it’s my one meal today and I hike before, I can (almost) eat whatever I want
Fasting really is the way and the light. I am almost the leanest I have ever been (aside from when I was doing TKD as a kid) this holiday season AND have still been able to indulge on treats and stuff brought to the office You just recognize when you overdid it and fast for part of the next day. Already did a 4 mile run today during the day (70 out here, meanwhile everyone east of me is freezing to death), but after eating 2 full bowls of hot apple cobbler (people asking me to finish theirs) now gonna have to try to run another 4 tonight. Otherwise my blood sugar gonna be fucked for a while :/
