Anyone ever turn in Ebony Bladed Sword to Morin? what are the results?

I believe it is an alternate route to receive the Short Sword of Morin, instead of doing the Ghoul Messenger quest, isn't it?

You'll get a Short Sword of Morin. Its just an alternative way to snag it.
