Do what I did and backup your install folder to a thumb drive or dropbox/onedrive/mega account so you don't need to bother with the warez download next time around.

Yes, Daybreak games has an agreement to allow this server to run and since no one sells the game retail anymore, it is safe to assume they have fair-used their IP and it is safe to do.
