Mage thurgadin burnout clicky?

Does anyone know if you get the burnout 3 clicky can it be used on lower level pets? Example: If a level 8 mage gets the clicky can he use it on his level 8 pet?

You should be able to do so, I just tried with SS clicky pants and a lvl4 pet:

[Wed Jul 21 12:31:37 2021] You begin casting Burnout III.
[Wed Jul 21 12:31:37 2021] Your Prestidigitator's Trousers begins to glow.
[Wed Jul 21 12:31:41 2021] You are out of food and drink.
[Wed Jul 21 12:31:52 2021] Vasaner goes berserk.

Pets aren’t buff limited. You can give a lvl4 mage pet aego. It might be haste capped though per level like players. 1-30 players cap at 50% haste but not sure on pets; the buff should land regardless.

I have both mage pants and robe from thurg. Both clickies work and I’m currently lvl 17

Weren't many velious clickies level restricted to 46 plus? Was Mage missed?

Think the heal clickers are restricted yes
