Game Mechanics: Mana after death

I noticed that I re-appear after a death with the same amount of mana that I had when I died. If you die with 20% mana, then you re-appear at your bind with 20% mana.

I've noticed this as well, quite annoying when doing a CR and boom yer oom as well double wammy :P

I think it is triggered the moment you cast a spell after dying or something like this.

I can confirm that this happens to me just about every time I die.

ahh... I wasnt aware that this was a bug. I noticed it happening and thought "Wow that is annoying and adds quite a time sink" But then I thought oh... yeah this is EQ and EQ == massive amounts of time waiting doing nothing. Didn't realize this was the cause. It's really annoying when you pop at spawn, got summon drink and summon food spells, yet you don't even have enough mana to cast those, and don't regen much at all because you're "out of food and drink"...

Yeah, I think it has to do with instantly being hungry and thirsty when you respawn thus screwing your mana up.
