Game Mechanics: Group Bug

I'm sure this has had to of been posted by now,but I did not see it.

Group zones and a member goes LD and has to rejoin or a new member wants to join group. The group has to disband and regroup.

In some incidences this is simply annoying...

But, for raiding this can end up being a big hastle.

I have also experienced similar bugs.
In our case it didn't even involve an LD.
It also leads to glitched like people not hearing your text in chat even though you appear to be in the group.
