This, if you aren't playing with a weapon on your cursor and a hotbutton for your primary you are doing it wrong. Also auto-attack off, sneak hide, auto attack on, gotta level up them skills sometime 😉

I have on live, actually. I lived with an instrument on my cursor, borderline carpal tunnel from twisting, and hated my life. Ended up leaving the Bard until PoP with instrument modifiers on gear and /melody.
Hard to go back to old school Bard after that.

So yes, I'm loathe to min-max like that again for an extra 0.07%* dps.

* - percentage is completely fictional, but I couldn't care less otherwise. If you need to neckbeard that hard on a 20 year old game you're doing something wrong.

Someone's is definitely doing something wrong when they need to try and make themselves feel better like this over a 20-year-old game.

Lower delay = primary. Your backstab damage is pitiful with 7 or 9. Its not going to be worth swapping weapons in for backstabs until someone gets the Efreeti War Spear (only 15 dmg piercer in classic), Crystalline Spear (13 dmg) or of course the Fanged Skull Stiletto (12 dmg).

The fastest weapon available right now is 5/18. There is a huge difference between the BS damage on a 5dmg weapon, and a 9dmg weapon. It's definitely worth clicking your mouse to pick it up.
