Full Screen minimize on mouse click.

I have started having a small annoying problem of occasionally when I have my screen in full screen mode I will left or right mouse click and it closes the screen down. The came is still running and when I click on the icon on the task bar it returns in windows mode. I wasn't sure how to search for this exactly but maybe something can point me in the right direction.
