Give it 2 months at a lot of options will open up for better procing and twink weapons.

I mean there are 30/37 magical 2hs that drop like candy from Dragon Necrop.

Level is a big restriction on proc weapons. Procing weapons allow you to cast less spells, and position/backpedal in raids/groups when tanking.

Depends what level you are and what your resources/how much plat you have.

Any VP weapons
Epic/Khyldorn the Blood Drinker - Great ratios/Lifetap procs
Fayguard Bladecatcher - No-drop, procs AoE, good in certain situations.
Sarnak Warhammer - Decent ratio, good stun proc.
Ykeshan Weapons - Badish ratio - cheaper/good proc.
