Toxic expectations are killing white dudes.

I'd argue its killing even more white dudes / other people if you account for the fact that terrorism is often just toxic expectations run amok.

Most people overestimate their ability to win competitions. So when everyone's paycheck is effectively a big competition you can expect a great deal of let down. It's like being a lobby for of Silver players that think they are a few weeks of practice away to become world elite. Only you can't just quit this game when you find out you suck.

dade not click lank, but excuses and perpetuating garbage thought liek the idea that individuals are powerless is what kills men. when failure isn't an option, you find ways to succeed. it's what we're made to do. embrace the struggle or rot in misery. It's entirely up to you. of course it is helpful if you are intellectually flexible, proud and your will hasn't been undermined with low expectations.
