Does anyone know if green has removed MQ able items? I've been hearing various reports.

Removed from the server? Unlikely.

Unless it was something that was patched out due to the timeline (Thex dagger quest etc).

Multiquesting will always work if a quest requires two or more items turned in, and all characters involved have the faction standing required.

People might’ve been talking about multiquesting Temple of Sol Ro items. These items are not supposed to be in the game yet. I suspect the staff will delete existing copies of such items before the patch that adds them (to prevent people from getting a head start, since that wouldn’t have been possible in Classic.
