I do hope someone gets a Guise of the Deceiver on a Dark Elf rogue; and that they go to populated areas and /cough and click it in front of everyone and become the same Dark Elf. If you have done this, please take a video or at least a screenshot to share.

It's a functionally useful item prior to being nerfed to equip-clickable. My half-elf ranger isn't kos to neriak guards with guise clicked, so it potentially opens up vendor/banking options depending on your race/diety. The ultravision is a godsend for human bards and barbarian rogues, too.

Also, it's pointless betting mad about something that you can't do anything about.

It is in our nature to get mad, it's literally designed into us, if it wasn't the 'guise' it'd be something else.

That being said it is possible to play to our own better natures and totally not be mad about video game stuff.
