Default eqclient.ini

So I often hear of people having trouble finding the "eqclient.ini". I remember a while back I had trouble finding it but now I have a new computer and I cannot find it. Can someone help me know where to look?

Yeah, that is what everyone says but the various configurations files are not there. The UI files, the player config and the eqclient

If your EQ directory is write protected then it has to place it somewhere else. I believe it uses a folder somewhere in AppData if that happens

Check the C:\Users\<login name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\ directory.

You need to log into the game once before the file is created if I remember correctly.

Mine can be found here:

Beware, the AppData part might be hidden and not show up in your explorer windows:

C:\Users\[Windows_User]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\eqclient.ini
