Pretty sure you hand in Halas fangs one at a time and get 10% per fang, I always do the Halas quest...

Devs changed it to 3 at a time. The server it use to be one at a time, but no longer. If it were one at a time, I'd recommend Halas.

Hmm sounds like they might have forgotten to also multiply the exp by 3.

halas was a lot better on live. Was 5 gold and 2-3 random items plus xp. Usually a plat per turn in. Here it is much less coin and seems much less xp as well. Halas was about double the xp of Qeynos on live. I have no idea what Qeynos is like here. On live the moonstones weren't worth enough xp to even move the blue bar. At least by level 5 when you could start farming fangs.

It would be awesome if the experience was the same as Qeynos per fang.

How? It took me 55 fangs or so to get from 10-12. Without taking into account the experience difference between the levels, it would take at least 200 gnoll fangs to get that far.. Probably much greater. 4 hours to collect that many with no exp on gnolls..

I went 17-20 off 250-300 gnoll fangs in Qeynos so unless you're referring to the Halas hand in this math is wrong.

I have to admit, this seems unlikely to me too. Going from 11-12 for me would take about 3-4 stacks (I think). I can't imagine going to 20.

Granted there's xp penalties to account for but still...I don't believe it would affect it THIS much. Unless you're an Ikky SK and even then...

I will state I remember being surprised at handing in 9 fangs at like level 41, while factioning, for the fuck of it and still earning about 1/3rd of a blue...

The xp is insane for that quest.
